Not really the dot on our face, but they do look like annoying dots on our faces don’t they?
Acne, also known as pimples is one of the many skin disorders youth encounters during puberty – and even the adults get them too. They are one major dilemmas of the teens (and even the not teens) since it lowers their self-esteem. In our lives, we need self-esteem and because of acne popping out of nowhere we lose them bit by bit and especially if we have more than one.
There are many reasons why people suddenly have acne or pimples (be it on their faces or elsewhere):
• Hormones - The stability of our hormones cannot be controlled, especially for the teenagers. Since their hormones are imbalanced they tend to produce more unwanted liquids from their bodies. Like oil, this is what usually causes acne since they mix with bacteria and get into our pores.
• Improper Way of Cleansing – I was told that, when you’re tired and you wash your face the more you’ll get pimples/acne. People usually wash their faces after work or activities which invites bacteria’s easy entrance to our dear pores.
• Allergies - I’ve read they could be reasons since they trigger something in our body to react. It could be either from the food we eat, or the things we put unto our skin.
• Polluted Air – If you’re a person who hangs out a lot, I’m sure you encounter vehicles of sorts that give out dirty smoke. The chemicals that is getting out from those factories take a part too, since they are pollution.
• Staying Up Late – (for girls) When they are on a period, and they stay up late they get more pimples since girls are very sensitive during their menstruation. Probably has to do with our hormones too.
Despite all these reasons, lucky we have many ways to cure or “erase” those “dots” on our faces. One way is with the use of Emu Oil. It helps makes our skin smoother and be at its healthy state. You can also start sleeping on time, or start practicing proper way of cleansing.
