0ce1fc96-8f48-43b6-87cc-f0bf7e87816f Have you ever tried shaving your legs and after a while you feels some parts of your legs that is irritated? Thats probably be razor bumps they develops after shaving, when the strand of hair curl back on themselves and grow into the skin. Razor bumps also develop if you have your legs or any parts of your body in a wrong way. For instance, you shave your legs without shaving cream or soap this would developed to razor bumps a red bumps in your skin that will leave your skin irritated for a day or two until it disappeared. In this case you will have a hard time taking a bath since when you tou touch your skin or soak it in water it will irritates your skin the more. Best advice don’t apply any lotion or anything since the bumps is kinda open it might led to infections.

Hair removal products can be used instead of shaving. Hair removal product can’t be use daily it can cause skin irritation. You can use it once or twice a week. In some cases razor bumps last for months if the the bumbs goit bigger but if you have just little bumps in will just take 2-3 days before it dissappeared.

Shaving instruction that can prevent razor bumps.

  • Take a hot shower before shaving, to soften the hair and open the pores.

We walk with them,

we dance with them,

and we run with them at our highest speed!

…but are we taking care of them well?

SoDollie.com - Take Care of Your Feet! The most crucial thing about taking care of our feet, is when rainy days come in. If we belong in a place where flood reigns (or rains!) what happens next is that we get our feet soaking wet. You know what it does? It makes are feet be a home for germs and bacteria and — bad odour.

Since all day we walk to places, at school or at offices our feet often does a lot of work. Walk to the left, to the right and then we get sweaty all over. But little did we know, that our feet also sweats! In fact, even more than other parts of our body. That becomes a problem when we wear shoes that are closed. And if they’re not leather.

This sweat may dry off but now, here we go again with the flood. Way we go and we go through the flood just to go home but now, our feet are wet. And we didn’t even bother cleaning our feet because we’re tired? That’s bad! You get the consequences, be careless of your feetĀ  then you get feet odour, a bad odour!

It happens because our feet is always inside our shoes that has all the sweat coming out from our feet, plus the bacteria that has been floating around those floody streets. Combine them together you get a very bad odour. What it does? If anyone around you notices it, I’m sure you’ll feel very embarassed. They’d probably stay away from you or tell mean things against your back. Right? So what should you do, early as now?

If you live in a very floody place, I can suggest you :

  • Use boots when there is flood, just bring your shoes in a plastic and wear it when you get to your designated place.
  • At rainy days, bring tissue to dry your feet if ever it gets wet.
  • And if your shoes get wet, I suggest you don’t wear it – let it dry.

If you are someone who sweat twice as much as a normal person should:

  • Use two shoes. Use them alternately, make sure you let them dry from getting all that sweat.
  • Don’t use already used socks! It’s not hygienic!

It can also happen if you always walk around barefoot on the ground, better if you always wear slippers!

If you think your feet is already at its worst state, I suggest then that you see a podiatrist.

There are also some more advices here.

Remember, our feet is still a part of our body.

And it is still a part of what builds our confidence.

Who would like to hang around someone who

has smelly feet, right?

So, take care of your feet!
