3. Undergo hair treatments with a one-year interval. Hair treatments are getting cheaper nowadays. As I have said before, It can damage our hair especially if you undergo it often.

4. Drink Plenty of Water. Always remember that Water is the best remedy especially if you are suffering from dry hair.

5. Always Wear A Cap or A Scarf. Sun can be harsh on your hair that is why you need to wear them if you’re going out especially on summer.
