Pizza is one of the usual favorite foods of all times. Teenagers love pizza, and so with kids. Especially in America they eat pizza when they don’t have time to cook. However, this pizza is one of the facts for gaining weight. No matter how tasty, how yummy and inviting as it seems to our hunger – it is one food to stay away from if we want to stay fit. Just think about how greasy the pizza your eating is, how much calories and fat would it add up to your body?
Luckily, if you love pizza so much I discovered something about pizza, but another family of pizza.
“The Italian diet is very healthy. Italian pizza is much lighter than the American-style pizza we usually eat in Britain and pasta is not inherently stodgy: it is the sauce on it that makes the difference. The Italian style of cooking, with its homegrown extra-virgin olive oil and abundance of vitamin-packed tomatoes, is good for everyone’s body.” -http://www.italy-info.co.uk/italian-food-and-drink.html
Another choice if we want to eat pizza. So why not try an Italian recipe? It may also be one way we can keep our satisfaction, and our good diet at the same time other than eating salad, the likes of grape salad.
