Of all great food that keeps us healthy, another yummy but healthy food is yogurt.
Yogurt cleans your tummies. It also has live bacteria (like Yakult) which helps you digest the food you ate and lessen the fat by sending them away or getting them out. Another one is because unlike other food, it can be eaten by those who are prone to lactose intolerance. Plus it is also rich in calcium, which is one of the necessities for our body. If you make yogurt a part of your daily diet I’m sure it will keep you healthy and fit. Also, I noticed that if you eat yogurt your appetite will lessen since yogurt is sweet since it’s made out of fruits.
However, some yogurts sold in the market are not safe to eat at all especially those that say they are “non-fat” because in fact, they are those who make you even fatter because of some additives they’ve added to it than the usual yogurt. So those are what we should always be aware of. Remember, food and drinks that say they will keep you from getting fat actually cause you to get fat even more. Stick with the natural food; I’m sure they’d do well for you. As for yogurt, you can actually make yogurt at home on your own.

Yes, I learned in my nutrition class that it is very healthy. However, if you are this ‘sugar’ freak, you should choose ‘fresh-fruit-flavored’ yogurt. It is healthier than the artificially flavored yogurt. So my professor said that you should just buy a plain yogurt and put fresh fruits yourself.
Thanks for sharing this one.
